Job description
The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the store, staff scheduling, and driving overall performance. Additionally, this role involves supporting the creation of operational strategies, inventory control, and delivering excellent customer service. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in retail and be at least 18 years old. Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of management principles, strong communication abilities, and the capability to handle physical tasks, such as lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds.
