**Job Title: Assistant Store Manager**
The Assistant Store Manager oversees the daily activities of the store, coordinates employee schedules, and ensures the store meets performance and cleanliness standards. This role involves aiding in the creation of operational strategies, facilitating team training, and upholding standards for inventory and cash management. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of relevant retail experience and be at least 18 years old. Essential qualifications include a solid understanding of management practices, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to handle physical tasks such as lifting items weighing up to 45 pounds.
