**Customer Service Manager**
The Customer Service Manager oversees activities that drive sales and enhance profit margins, while also ensuring that the sales area is well-organized and staff members are actively involved. This role includes providing continuous training, managing staff schedules, and serving as the lead manager for store operations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in retail or warehouse settings and hold a valid driver’s license along with automotive insurance. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and available to work flexible hours, which may include weekends and holidays.
