Job Summary
The AI Transformation Manager is responsible for overseeing comprehensive workstreams related to AI transformation initiatives. This role involves guiding discovery and strategy discussions with client stakeholders to effectively align on objectives. Additionally, the manager will play a key role in designing solution architectures for Generative AI and Machine Learning applications, while also ensuring adherence to financial regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end AI transformation programs and workstreams.
- Facilitate discovery and strategy sessions with stakeholders.
- Contribute to the design of solution architecture for Generative AI and ML use cases.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulation throughout projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in AI/ML or digital transformation.
- Strong background in client-facing delivery roles.
- Expertise in Generative AI and Agentic AI.
- Domain knowledge in Financial Services.
