Job description
**Job Title: Financial Reconciliation Specialist**
In this position, you will be responsible for performing intricate financial reconciliations and reporting tasks while ensuring adherence to accounting standards. Additionally, you will play a key role in facilitating operational enhancements through comprehensive financial analysis and overseeing benefit and payroll accounting functions. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is generally required, along with a minimum of 5 years of pertinent experience. Candidates should either currently live in Southern California or be open to relocating to the area.
