**General Manager**
The General Manager is tasked with supervising the daily operations of the store, guaranteeing exceptional customer satisfaction and ensuring the proper functioning of all equipment. Responsibilities also include staff scheduling, training initiatives, inventory management, and overseeing financial performance to align with company objectives. Applicants should possess a minimum of three years of experience in retail sales, along with two years in a leadership role. The position requires the capability to stand for over 8 hours, lift weights up to 35 pounds, and maintain a flexible work schedule that includes weekends.
