Job description
**Job Title: Powder Coating Technician**
This position requires the preparation of metal components for the powder coating process and the operation of machinery including spray guns and curing ovens. You will be tasked with evaluating completed parts for any quality issues and making necessary repairs. Candidates should possess experience in powder coating or industrial painting and demonstrate proficiency in following specific work directives. A high school diploma or GED is desirable, complemented by a keen attention to detail and fundamental mechanical skills.
