Job Summary
The Genset Powder Coat Paint position is responsible for applying protective powder coatings on metal surfaces, ensuring high-quality finishes for products. This role primarily operates during the night shift and requires attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning and masking as needed.
- Operate powder coating equipment to apply coatings uniformly.
- Inspect finished products for any defects or inconsistencies.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
- Follow all safety guidelines while handling materials and equipment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in powder coating or similar painting processes is preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.
- Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing setting.
