**Job Title: Grants Compliance Officer**
The Grants Compliance Officer is responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of the county’s grant program, ensuring full compliance with relevant laws, policies, and agreements. This role includes offering technical assistance, conducting training sessions, and providing audit support, along with the management of policies and reporting systems related to grants. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar discipline, along with a minimum of three years of experience in finance or grant management. Effective management of intricate grant compliance responsibilities demands strong analytical, communication, and organizational abilities.
