Job description
The Groundskeeper plays a vital role in ensuring the community’s outdoor spaces and shared areas are clean, safe, and visually appealing. In addition to these responsibilities, they assist the maintenance team with service requests, assist with unit turnovers, and carry out general landscaping tasks. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in groundskeeping or maintenance and should be skilled in using both manual and power tools. A valid driver’s license is necessary, and the candidate must be capable of handling physical tasks in diverse weather conditions.
