**Job Title: Contractor – Commercial and Industrial Cleaning Services**
The contractor will be tasked with executing comprehensive cleaning and floor maintenance services at assigned commercial and industrial sites. This role includes ensuring cleanliness and hygiene in restrooms, break rooms, and office areas, all while following established safety protocols for the site. Applicants should have a minimum of one year’s experience in janitorial, custodial, or facilities maintenance fields. It is essential that candidates bring their own cleaning tools, supplies, and means of transportation, and must have the legal right to work in the United States.
