**Program Director**
The Program Director is in charge of managing daily activities, supervising staff, and ensuring the quality of programs at a transitional housing facility for families. This role includes ensuring adherence to contract requirements, overseeing resident referrals, and delivering crisis intervention when necessary. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a related human services discipline and a minimum of two years of experience in a supervisory role. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential, alongside a comprehensive understanding of trauma-informed care and applicable immigration processes.
