Job Summary
The Growth Assistant Restaurant Leader plays a crucial role in the launch of new dining establishments, takes charge of training teams, and guarantees that operational benchmarks are upheld. This position supports the everyday functioning of restaurants and focuses on the growth and development of hourly managers and assistant leaders.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the opening of new restaurants and implement operational procedures.
- Manage and coordinate training for teams to ensure high standards of service.
- Support day-to-day operations within the restaurants.
- Develop and mentor hourly managers and assistant leaders to foster their growth.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant or retail management.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification is essential.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for work-related purposes is necessary.
