**Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM Roles**
Oversee the complete recruitment cycle for Go-To-Market positions by collaborating with hiring managers to align with business goals. Ensure data accuracy within the Applicant Tracking System and implement innovative sourcing techniques to develop diverse talent pools. Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with at least 2 years specializing in GTM or commercial positions within a fast-paced technology setting. Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and contemporary ATS tools such as Greenhouse is crucial.
