**Job Title: Guest Service Representative**
The Guest Service Representative plays a crucial role in overseeing all front office activities, which encompass welcoming guests, handling reservations, and implementing sales strategies that boost hotel revenue. This position also entails stepping in as the Manager on Duty when necessary and maintaining exceptional standards of hospitality and cleanliness throughout the property. Applicants should have a background in service, sales, or guest relations, and a high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required. The role demands physical endurance for standing for extended periods and the capability to lift up to 60 pounds, as well as fluency in English and familiarity with computer systems.
