**Guest Services Manager**
The Guest Services Manager is responsible for supervising daily operations, managing departmental financials, and guiding a diverse team to guarantee an outstanding experience for guests. This position includes actively engaging with guests, scheduling staff efficiently, and upholding exceptional service standards throughout both base areas and mountain locations. Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role and in guest services, along with an intermediate proficiency in skiing or snowboarding. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential, and candidates should be prepared to work in various winter weather conditions.
