The Associate is responsible for enhancing value at both asset and portfolio levels by utilizing financial modeling, conducting sensitivity analyses, and performing operational due diligence. This role includes managing extensive datasets and conveying insights to management to back strategic investment efforts. Ideal candidates will possess three to five years of experience in real estate private equity, credit markets, or investment banking. A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field along with robust financial modeling abilities is essential.
