Job description
The Head Cook oversees the preparation and delivery of daily meals and snacks for residents, following established cycle menus and therapeutic dietary guidelines. This role includes handling food procurement, managing kitchen inventory, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Applicants should be at least 18 years old and capable of cooking in large volumes. A minimum of one year of experience in institutional cooking is preferred, alongside documentation of necessary immunizations and proficiency in English communication.
