The Engagement Coordinator will design and lead exciting activities and initiatives aimed at improving the overall well-being of residents. This role includes the safe transportation of residents and organizing community trips and special events. Applicants should be skilled in delivering respectful, personalized programming and must be able to engage effectively with individuals diagnosed with dementia. A valid driver’s license and fundamental computer proficiency are necessary for this role.
