Job description
**Job Title: Head Mechanic**
The Head Mechanic is responsible for leading a thorough preventative maintenance program for all equipment utilized on the golf course. This includes diagnosing and fixing issues within mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. The role also entails managing inventory for parts, keeping meticulous repair documentation, and ensuring the maintenance shop runs smoothly and safely. Ideal candidates should possess 3-5 years of mechanical expertise, with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair advanced machinery, including Tier 4 engines and hydraulic systems. Strong interpersonal abilities are important for engaging with guests, alongside the physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and carry out tasks under varying weather conditions.
