The Head of Network Expansion and Optimization defines and executes the retail physical network strategy, including branch expansion, ATM channel transformation, and portfolio optimization. This role leads cross-functional partnerships to align investment decisions and ensure disciplined execution across the retail distribution network. Candidates must have at least 12 years of progressive leadership experience in retail banking, distribution strategy, or related fields. A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics is required, with an advanced degree or equivalent experience preferred.
