Job Summary
The Health and Wellness Director is responsible for managing clinical operations, which encompasses resident care, medication oversight, and the formulation of personalized service plans. This role also involves providing leadership, mentorship, and training to the care staff while ensuring adherence to federal and state regulations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations related to resident care.
- Manage medication administration effectively.
- Develop and implement individualized service plans for residents.
- Lead, mentor, and train the caregiving team.
- Ensure compliance with relevant federal and state regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Arizona Caregiver Certification or LPN license.
- A minimum of one year experience in dementia care and medication management.
- Certifications in First Aid/CPR.
- Possession of a valid Arizona fingerprint clearance card.
