Acting as a valuable resource for the clinic team, they support patients by guiding them through insurance challenges and medical billing processes. Ideal candidates should have proficient computer skills and be adept at using several software applications. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with relevant experience in healthcare navigation, Medicare, or sales.
