**Job Title: Staff Nurse**
The Staff Nurse evaluates both the medical and psychiatric requirements of patients and is responsible for the development and assessment of personalized treatment strategies. This role also involves acting as a bridge between patients, healthcare providers, and multidisciplinary teams, while overseeing the care provided by other nursing personnel. Applicants must possess a valid Registered Nurse license in Texas or a compact state, along with a current CPR certification. Educational qualifications include either a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with at least one year of relevant experience or an Associate’s degree in Nursing combined with three years of practice in the field.
