**Job Title: Health Services Administrator**
The Health Services Administrator plays a crucial role in managing the healthcare system within the detention center, which includes leading both medical and administrative teams. This position involves evaluating staff performance, ensuring adherence to facility protocols, and overseeing the quality of medical services along with financial processes. Applicants are required to have a current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland and at least two years of relevant supervisory experience. Candidates must demonstrate strong decision-making abilities and possess excellent communication skills to be successful in this position.
