Job description
**Surgical First Assistant**
The Surgical First Assistant collaborates directly with surgeons during surgical operations, offering support through retraction, instrument exchange, and suture management. This role is essential in upholding a sterile environment, positioning the patients appropriately, and aiding with various intraoperative activities to maximize patient safety and optimize surgical outcomes. Applicants should have completed an accredited surgical first assistant program and possess a valid BLS certification. Ideally, candidates will have at least one year of experience in both orthopedic and general surgery, alongside strong communication abilities and proficiency in computer skills.
