Job Summary
The Healthcare Data Engineer position situated in Portland, OR, entails the design and implementation of robust data solutions within the healthcare sector. Candidates should be prepared for occasional travel on a quarterly basis, with all related expenses covered by Citius Tech. This position is a long-term contract opportunity with three openings available for experienced professionals.
Responsibilities
- Design and build efficient data pipelines using Snowflake.
- Implement best practices for data architecture and governance.
- Utilize DBT for transformation and modeling of data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data needs.
- Ensure data quality and accuracy throughout the system.
- Maintain documentation for data workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in data engineering.
- Strong expertise in Snowflake data architecture.
- Proficient in SQL with the ability to write complex queries.
- Hands-on experience with DBT for data transformation.
- Knowledge of healthcare data standards and compliance.
