Lead end-to-end delivery for Salesforce products supporting grants, employee engagement, volunteerism, and CRM, coordinating plans, dependencies, releases, risks, and operational readiness. Serve as the suite’s Agility Lead, improving delivery transparency, team practices, quality, and alignment across technology, operations, data, controls, and business stakeholders. Requires at least 7 years of technology, product, agile, or technical program delivery experience, including delivery of Salesforce-based products and coordinated releases. Candidates should bring strong agile leadership, portfolio and risk governance, delivery metrics and tooling experience, technical fluency in Salesforce ecosystems, and excellent stakeholder communication skills.
