Job description
The LPN/RN plays a vital role in the delivery, coordination, and assessment of resident care, adhering to physician directives and regulatory guidelines. Key responsibilities encompass clinical functions such as administering medications, conducting assessments, and offering direct support to promote both the physical and emotional health of residents. Applicants should have completed their education at an accredited nursing institution and possess a valid state licensure for LPN or RN. Competence in using digital tools and electronic health record systems is essential, in addition to the capability to perform physical duties, including lifting and standing for extended durations.
