The Team Lead plays a crucial role in mentoring and training direct care staff while safeguarding the quality of services provided and the well-being of the individuals in care. This position includes managing schedules for group homes, ensuring the upkeep of facilities, and supervising the execution of treatment plans for clients. Candidates should possess a high school diploma or equivalent, along with a valid driver’s license and auto insurance. A minimum of two years’ experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, as well as some experience in a supervisory capacity, is highly desirable.
