The Patient Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for organizing patient appointments for medical services and referrals, while also ensuring that appointment information is accurately recorded in the electronic medical records system. This role includes managing changes to the schedule and keeping provider contact information current in accordance with established site protocols. Applicants should have a high school diploma or similar qualification, or a minimum of one year of relevant experience in a related field. In some cases, professional licensure or certification may be considered as a substitute for the educational or experiential qualifications.
