**Job Title:** Pharmacist
The Pharmacist is responsible for advocating for safe and effective medication practices by utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment to enhance therapeutic outcomes. This role involves collaboration with healthcare teams and patients to preemptively resolve medication therapy challenges while adhering to quality improvement initiatives and regulatory requirements. Applicants are required to have a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D. from a program accredited by the ACPE and must possess or be eligible for a current Pharmacist license in Wisconsin. Preference will be given to candidates with at least one year of experience in a hospital pharmacy setting or three years in other pharmacy environments.
