The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in supporting patients with their everyday activities, including personal care, meal planning, and medication supervision. This position also entails performing minor housekeeping tasks and ensuring the accurate documentation of patient information via computer entry. Applicants must possess a Level 2 background check, hold a valid driver’s license, and have prior experience in assisted living, long-term care, or home healthcare environments. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work independently are essential.
