Job Summary
The Home Health Aide plays a crucial role in supporting residents by providing assistance with personal care, daily living activities, and overseeing medication routines. This position requires close monitoring of residents’ health and promptly informing supervisors about any changes in their condition.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with personal care needs and daily living tasks.
- Manage and supervise medication administration for residents.
- Observe and monitor residents’ health status regularly.
- Report any significant changes in residents’ conditions to the supervisor.
Qualifications
- Must be certified as a Home Health Aide.
- Show a genuine interest in caring for the elderly.
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
- Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting and continuous movement.
