Job Summary
The Home Health Aide plays a vital role in delivering direct personal care and support for patients in their residence. This position emphasizes assisting individuals with their daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and safety while maintaining comprehensive records of their health status and any changes observed.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care to patients, including assistance with daily living activities.
- Monitor and report patient status and changes in health conditions.
- Ensure a safe and secure environment for patients.
- Document observations and maintain accurate health records.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid state certification as a nurse assistant.
- Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) within the past two years.
- Holding a current CPR certification is mandatory.
- Ability to successfully complete a competency evaluation program.
