Job Summary
Caregivers play a vital role in delivering personalized care aimed at enabling clients to maintain their independence and safety within their own homes. This position focuses on providing individual attention to ensure that clients receive the assistance they need for their daily activities.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities to promote safety and independence.
- Prepare meals according to clients’ dietary needs and preferences.
- Engage clients in social activities to foster companionship and mental wellbeing.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet California Department of Social Services criteria to qualify as a Home Care Aid (HCA).
- Possess reliable transportation to travel to clients’ locations.
- Ability to effectively communicate via text and email.
