Job description
**Job Title: Personal Care Assistant**
Deliver attentive personal care, homemaking assistance, and companionship to clients in their residences. Collaborate with the RN Case Manager by maintaining accurate records of patient status and helping with daily living tasks and medication management. Candidates should have completed a 120-hour Nursing Assistant training program and possess a High School Diploma or GED. A valid driver’s license and current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification are also required.
