**Job Title: Assistant Behavior Intervention Specialist**
The Assistant Behavior Intervention Specialist plays a crucial role in offering direct assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities by applying behavior support strategies and clinical interventions. This position involves overseeing team shifts, coordinating community integration activities, and maintaining precise data collection and records for program participants. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in a Human Services field, along with a minimum of six months of pertinent experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Essential qualifications include expertise in behavioral support, excellent communication abilities, and the capability to acquire necessary certifications such as SCIP-R and CPR.
