**Job Title: Home Visiting Nurse**
The Home Visiting Nurse is responsible for performing home assessments to evaluate the physical and mental well-being of families with infants. This role involves making referrals to local resources and creating support plans aimed at enhancing parenting skills and overall health outcomes for families. Applicants should possess an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in nursing and maintain an active RN license in New Jersey. Additionally, a current driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are essential for this position.
