Job description
The Admissions Director will design and execute strategic initiatives aimed at fostering referral expansion for skilled nursing and rehabilitation services. This role involves cultivating and maintaining robust business relationships with essential referral sources, including physicians, hospitals, and managed care entities. Ideal candidates will possess a minimum of two years of experience in healthcare marketing or sales, along with a solid grasp of the healthcare industry. A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, as well as proficiency in MS Office and strong professional communication abilities.
