The hospice nurse delivers empathetic direct care and assistance to patients and their families within their homes. They work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to facilitate care and ensure adherence to all agency, state, and federal guidelines. Applicants should possess a minimum of one year of experience in hospice nursing and hold a current California Registered Nurse license. Additionally, a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and Basic Life Support certification are mandatory.
