Job Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst (Accountable Care Organization FP&A) is a pivotal role that contributes as an individual within our FP&A team. This position is based in Chicago, Illinois, and demands an onsite presence. The candidate will play an essential part in supporting financial planning and analysis, specifically tailored to accountable care organizations, primarily for our operations in the central and eastern regions of the United States.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to the financial planning and analysis process specific to accountable care organizations.
- Work collaboratively with the FP&A team to support various financial initiatives.
- Provide insights and analysis to drive strategic decision-making.
- Engage in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Analyze financial performance and prepare reports for management.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related quantitative discipline is required.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail are essential.
- Prior experience in financial analysis, particularly within a healthcare or accountable care organization setting.
