**Hospice Care Consultant**
The Hospice Care Consultant is responsible for establishing and nurturing relationships with healthcare providers and community organizations to promote hospice referrals. This role involves delivering educational presentations and working alongside clinical teams to facilitate a seamless transition for patients entering hospice care. Applicants should possess a bachelor’s degree or have a minimum of 5 years of experience in home health, healthcare sales, or hospice sales. Exceptional communication and relationship management skills are essential for effectively overseeing the designated territory.
