Job Summary
This position involves providing compassionate personal care, assisting with hygiene needs, and offering emotional support to terminally ill patients, whether in their residences or healthcare facilities. The role also includes maintaining precise documentation of patients’ conditions and engaging in team discussions and quality improvement projects.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personal care and hygiene support to terminally ill patients.
- Offer emotional assistance to enhance the well-being of patients.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping concerning patient health and conditions.
- Participate actively in team meetings focused on patient care and quality enhancement.
Qualifications
- Possession of a current CNA license is mandatory.
- Current CPR certification is required.
- A valid driver’s license and dependable transportation are essential.
- At least six months of experience in direct patient care is necessary.
