Job Summary
The Rehabilitation Aide plays a crucial role in supporting licensed clinical personnel by aiding in patient care and therapy-related tasks, alongside carrying out administrative responsibilities such as managing schedules and inventory. This position is vital for ensuring the smooth operation of the clinical environment.
Responsibilities
- Support licensed clinical staff in providing patient care and therapy activities.
- Handle clerical tasks including scheduling and maintaining inventory.
- Ensure the safe transport of patients within the facility.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe environment for both patients and staff.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent education is mandatory.
- Prior experience as a therapy technician or nursing assistant is advantageous.
- Must obtain CPR certification within 30 days of employment.
