Provide direct personal care and emotional support to terminally ill patients in their homes or care facilities. Maintain accurate documentation of patient visits and assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation. Requires an active CNA license, current CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. Candidates must have at least six months of direct patient care experience.
