**Job Title: Hospice Clinical Liaison**
The Hospice Clinical Liaison is responsible for cultivating and sustaining robust relationships with healthcare partners to ensure prompt referrals and admissions to hospice services. This position acts as a clinical expert, providing education to patients, families, and healthcare providers about hospice care principles and services. Applicants must have graduated from an accredited nursing program, possess a valid Texas Registered Nurse license, and hold Basic Life Support certification. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential for this role, along with the capability to travel to different work locations using a dependable vehicle.
