**Job Title: RN Hospice**
The RN Hospice is responsible for delivering compassionate end-of-life nursing services, overseeing symptom control, and working alongside an interdisciplinary team to ensure care that is centered around the patient’s needs. Key responsibilities include conducting thorough assessments, creating tailored care plans, and ensuring precise documentation is maintained in electronic medical records. Applicants should possess a degree from a recognized registered nurse program and hold an active RN license in Virginia or a compact state. A minimum of one year of experience in hospice care, home health, oncology, or medical-surgical nursing is essential.
