The Hospice Patient Care RN Manager oversees clinical operations, coordinates patient care, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. They also lead interdisciplinary team meetings, mentor staff, and manage visit scheduling to ensure high-quality hospice services. Candidates must hold a current RN license and have at least 3 years of direct patient care experience, including 2 years in hospice or home-based care. Strong leadership, organizational skills, and knowledge of hospice regulatory standards are required.
