Job Summary
The Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the daily clinical functions and coordinating comprehensive care plans for designated units, focusing on delivering exceptional and holistic patient care.
Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff and oversee their performance and development.
- Implement and uphold nursing standards to ensure quality care delivery.
- Manage administrative responsibilities within the unit, such as incident reporting.
- Facilitate staff training and development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Must possess a current RN license.
- Prior experience in long-term care and management is essential.
- A BSN degree is highly preferred for applicants.
