Job Summary
The Hospice Registered Nurse is responsible for conducting initial patient assessments, creating tailored care plans, and overseeing symptom management. This role also involves providing education to families about patient conditions and working closely with the clinical team to maintain seamless care.
Responsibilities
- Conduct initial nursing assessments of patients.
- Develop personalized care plans based on patient needs.
- Manage and alleviate patient symptoms effectively.
- Educate patients’ families regarding their conditions.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license.
- CPR certification required.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license.
- Reliable transportation and insurance are necessary.
